Shipping Policy


  • Orders can be tagged for pick up locally from the Artists Studio/Home. By entering in the discount code LOCALPICKUP during the check out process will tag it for me and wash the shipping rate.  I will then email you when the order is ready.  Pick up is done through an unmonitored honour system pick up bin, which is located to the right of the front walk way of 10411 81 st NW Edmonton AB.


  • Orders are generally shipped with in 1 week (Monday - Friday) of receiving the order.  Some items may take longer as some items are made to order by third parties.  Shipping is done through Canada Post, where smaller items are posted as regular mail (not tracked) and larger items (prints) are shipped as expedited parcels (with tracking), unless otherwise selected. Where convenient for myself, I will hand deliver the order to mailbox or front door, while running errands.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
